2025 Compliance Enforcement
Update:
05/20 meeting it will be established on how enforcement for compliance will be issued.
All homeowners are responsible for maintaining front yard landscaping. Please maintenance front yard regularly regardless of board defining specific guidelines.
The BOD (Board of Directors) is working with the landscape company to create reasonable set of rules to insure that common property of irrigation is protected if homeowners decide to change the layout of their landscaping.
The BOD is discussing creating a community page for HOA homeowners to volunteer or offer assistance within the community. A type of referral page for homeowners who are in need of services provided outside of the HOA. It may be something the BOD cannot do.
The BOD understands that compliance enforcement has not been consistent in the past and are sensitive to the concerns of all homeowners.
The BOD will adjust monthly as concerns arise if needed. Please check back to this page periodically.

Restore Classic Park Strip from bark mulch to grass
04/15/25
Previous boards have approved or modified Classic neighborhood park strips from grass to bark mulch. Now the park strip with bark mulch is overgrown with weeds.
New homeowners complaint” It is the HOA’s responsibility to maintain park strips regardless if it is grass or bark mulch. This means that it would be the responsibility of the HOA to weed and replace bark mulch in various areas of the hoa creating extra costs to the entire HOA community.
The HOA only provides cut, edge, and blow of all parkstrips.
Per Covenants, homeowners should not alter any common property.
The board will be discussing removal of bark mulch and installation of sod and replacement of sprinkler heads that have been previously capped off in the Classics if home owners refuse to maintenance bark mulched park strips in front of their homes.
No future requests to remove grass from park strips should be allowed to maintain keeping costs down from having to add new services to landscape maintenance contracts.
Soon to be voted on in future meetings.
